CRH Teams up with Abbott Nutrition to offer Well Together Program

Crittenden Regional Hospital and Abbott Nutrition have teamed up to provide additional education to patients who need supplemental nutrition. The Well Together Program is a resource for nutrition, exercise and other health tips for a quick recovery of patients in the hospital. Abbott donated over 200 bags filled with nutritional supplement samples and coupons to be given to patients. The clinical dietician at the Hospital identifies those who may be candidates and coordinates with the Social Worker, Cheryl Jones to make sure the patient is provided with a bag.
