Crittenden Regional Hospital Foundation recently purchased a child-sized table and chairs for children who visit the hospital. Our day surgery unit provides care to our community’s children and strives to make that stay as comfortable and easy as possible for the children and families. The table and chairs, accompanied by a few books to peak the child’s interest is just one of these ways. The Day Surgery Unit also houses a “Jungle Room” toy closet where a child may choose a toy or game to provide that extra comfort during their stay.

The Crittenden Regional Hospital Foundation exists as an inspiration to the people of Crittenden County in sustaining the hospital’s mission. It also provides an array of giving and volunteer opportunities by which individuals and corporations can play an active role in the betterment of the hospital. Anyone can support the Crittenden Regional Hospital Foundation by mailing a donation to the Crittenden Regional Hospital Foundation, 200 Tyler Avenue, West Memphis, Ark., 72301, or via the Web at http://foundation.crittendenregional.org.
