Pink Lady donates to the Jungle Room

Shirley Grady was cleaning out a closet full of items and came across numerous Beanie Babies. Wanting to donate these precious little guys to a worthy cause, Mrs. Grady immediately thought of the Jungle Room that is located in the CRH Day Surgery Unit.

The Jungle Room is a toy closet for pediatric patients who come through the hospital’s day surgery unit. Children are encouraged to choose a toy or game that may provide a little extra comfort during their stay.

The DSU staff would like to thank Mrs. Grady for her gracious gift and remind others that this is a wonderful way to reach out to the smallest of patients at CRH.
