Occupational Health Services

Crittenden Regional Hospital's Occupational Health Services provide businesses with a comprehensive array of occupational health care services. Our goal is to maximize the health of an employee through innovative prevention programs and expedient clinical treatment of injuries that occur in the work place.

Because of our affiliation with Crittenden Regional, we are able to provide services for worker's compensation injuries after regular business hours through the Crittenden Regional Emergency Department which is available to provide access to your employees.

Our healthcare staff will oversee the entire case management process from initial injury treatment, specialist referral, rehabilitation and return to work. The staff will communicate with rehab specialists, insurance companies and company representatives and/or clients. Our goal is to expedite a safe return to work.

Employees will be sent back to work with a written report detailing treatment, work status and other pertinent information to present to the supervisor. A printed copy of the work status report will be faxed at the end of each day to the employer.

Regular telephone consultation with the employer regarding patient's status is an important part of our communications with employers. We have a "no-show" call policy, which will allow us to call the employer should an employee fail to keep a scheduled follow up appointment.
