Delta Center on Aging
The Delta Center on Aging (DCOA) Senior Health Clinic is an outpatient primary and specialty geriatric care facility using an interdisciplinary care model. The Center offers consultative
services of healthcare providers who require expert geriatric evaluation for their patients.
The DCOA Senior Health Clinic is located at 304 S. Rhodes, across from Crittenden Regional Hospital.

Staff at the DCOA Senior Health Clinic include:

Initial funding for the Delta Center on Aging Senior Health Clinic was received through a grant from the Assisi Foundation of Memphis. Additional support was provided by the United Way of the Mid-South.

Under the leadership of the Donald W. Reynolds Institute on Aging, a network of seven Centers on Aging has opened statewide to improve the quality of life for older adults and their families. These Centers utilize an interdisciplinary clinical care model and provide innovative education programs.
Located at 304 S. Rhodes, across from Crittenden Regional Hospital, the Delta Center on Aging (DCOA) has two major components, a Senior Health Clinic and an Education Center. Programs under development include a house calls program, long term care program and a geriatric research program. The DCOA will also introduce Health Aging seminars and exercise programs.
The mission of the Delta Center on Aging is:
- To provide senior health care, education, and support services to professionals, older adults, their families, and caregivers in the communities of the Arkansas Mississippi Delta counties.
- To promote active participation in healthy activities that reduce or prevent major disabilities of body, mind, and spirit.

Education Center
The Educational Division of the Delta Center on Aging is staffed by an Educational Director and several support staff.
This Division provides comprehensive geriatric education programs for health care professionals involved in day to day care of seniors.
They also provide information on various aging-related topics to the community.
