The "Healthy You and Baby Too!" Classes are free and available to anyone in the community. The classes take women and their partners through early pregnancy, delivery and newborn care. Participants may attend all classes or choose only the ones that they feel will benefit them most.

• Comfort Measures Class for those seeking a more natural experience
• Daddy's Boot Camp - Skills Lab provides hands on teaching to new dads. Learn to bathe, diaper, dress and feed your newborn. Fun class designed to support and encourage mom in the early days when she needs her rest.
• Gestational Diabetes Self management Classes for those experiencing prenatal diabetes.
• Breastfeeding Counseling is available to assist mothers. Assistance is also available in locating an electric breast pump for mothers who are not WIC eligible. A monthly support group meets the fourth Thursday of every month at 6 pm in the Schoettle Education Center.
• Smoking Cessation Counseling for Pregnant Women
